Kildare County CouncilThe Kildare County Council website is a one-stop point of access to information on all services provided by the County Council to the citizens of County Kildare, such as issues on the environment, planning, housing, national roads and various community concerns. Athy's Town Council website provides information on community issues of interest to the Athy area. Find information on the Environmental Protection, Elections, Councillors, Housing, Roads and water & Sewage etc. Leixlip Town Council was founded in 1988, and Leixlip is one of the fastest growing towns in Ireland. Find information on the Leixlip Town Council website such as the latest press releases, searchable database of minutes of meetings, and information on all departments. Naas Town Council's website was redeveloped to include latest press releases and minutes of meetings. Application Forms for all departments are available to download, and the site provides access to the current database of planning applications. Under the Local Government Act 2001 Newbridge Town Commissioners became a Town Council on 1st January 2002. The Council is run with a budget provided by Kildare County Council, which is raised by means of a grant from the Dept. of the Environment & Local Government and town charges levied on commercial activities in the town. |
